APORD stands for Access to Property Online Requisition Database.

The SDO - Valenzuela, Property & Supply Unit primary objective is to ease the transaction of supply requisition of each personnel at the division office by creating a database that will allow them to view and request supplies at their own convenience.

This database was also created to reinforce transparency on the distribution of procured supplies, material and equipment and support efficiency to assist the storekeeper and supply officer for a more precise recording and reports.

APORD was also inspired by the current situation under the Covid-19 pandemic as we also aimed to safeguard the health of each personnel by reducing unnecessary appearances and practice social distancing.

This is an innovative system to provide an easy, fast and efficient transaction concerning requisition of supplies.
