📤 How to Submit Your Personal Information Sheet (PIS)

1. Click the link provided
    "Click here"  to open the submission page.

2. Please rename the file using your full name (e.g., Juan Dela Cruz) before uploading.

3. Select your answer sheet file
   Click the “Browse” or “Choose File” button, then find and select your saved answer sheet from your device.

4. Upload the file
   Once selected, press the “Upload” or “Submit” button.
