The TVL–Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) strand offered under the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Senior High School at Taft National High School provides learners with practical, industry-based skills in computer hardware servicing, software installation, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
This strand is aligned with the TESDA Computer Systems Servicing NC II qualification, enabling learners to acquire nationally recognized competencies and certification. Through flexible and learner-centered instruction, the program prepares ALS learners—including out-of-school youth, adults, and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the Surigao del Norte District Jail as part of the ALS community extension program—for employment, entrepreneurship, or further technical education in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
