Supreme Secondary Learner Government
Supreme Student Learner Government is serving as the highest governing body of all learners at the secondary levels. SSLG aims to establish learner representations across all levels of governance and develop student-leaders that contributes to the learners' holistic development through student-led clubs and organizations initiated Programs.
The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) was established in all public secondary schools under DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003 to promote environmental protection and conservation among students. To further strengthen environmental education, DepEd Order No. 52, s. 2011 mandated the continued implementation of environmental programs and the establishment of YES-O in schools. Later that same year, DepEd Order No. 93, s. 2011 was issued to provide the guidelines for the organization and implementation of YES-O.
The Red Cross Youth Council is our school's premier club that advocates for volunteerism, health, and safety among Luisianos. RCYC is Always First, Always Ready, Always There!
Our school's Disaster Risks Reduction Management (DRRM) Club leads in implementing DRRM in our school and to supplement students with knowledge on disaster preparedness, ensure appropriate response to emergencies, and improve teaching approaches and materials.
TEG aims to promote admiration for the English language and literature.
Our organization aims to serve not just our school but also our community.
The BKD (Barkada Kontra Droga) Club at LYFJSHS promotes a drug-free lifestyle through activities and campaigns. It raises awareness about the dangers of drug use and encourages positive behaviors, aiming to empower students to make responsible choices.
Team LUIS is a project initiative that promotes learning through technology and advocates a love for ICT. (Supervised by HUMSS-ICT)
