Our vision-an aspiration or a manifestation of hope for every Filipino to do his/her duties enthusiastically, diligently and responsibly in life in order for him/her to realize his/her worth.

We dream of developed learners who truly abide with the law, caring/loving their country and skilled enough to contribute to their country’s progress.
And whose values and competencies…
We want to develop learners who are equipped/skilled with right values and competencies that they can use as they go on with their day to day lives.

We want our learners to become holistically developed and ready for life. Learners who are competent and prepared enough to face everyday life. Hence, they can share worth endeavors to their country making them its assets.
As a learner-centered public institution…
Teaching must be learner-centered. That is learning must be done by the students and teachers must only facilitate/guide the learning. Teaching and learning process must not only be done by the teacher who does, the talking or sharing, there must also be the students’ active in-volvement.
The Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders…
Learning does not stop. It keeps on improving, innovating/seeking for its benefactors/recipients to have improved/enhanced life’s condition.

Precious gem like ideas were glittering during the SPT Orientation and vision sharing, Their concerted efforts brought out the following:
The DepEd’s vision and mission, simply means that we are aiming for the best of our school for we believe that we are cooperative, supportive, God-fearing, environment-friendly, child-friendly, innovative and nationalistic.
Each stakeholders commits to perform his/her expected task well. Each also promise to unselfishly extend help, aid or support so that the DepEd’s Vision and Mission will be attained.
If every student, teacher, LGU etc. contributes/works hand in hand, we will achieve the maximum quality of learners in the coming years, Learners are more productive, obedient, competent and active members of the society as they bring glory to Mag-aba National High School and progress to our nation. Moreso, their physical, mental and intellectual, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of the development are fully honed/harnessed; thus, they can uphold/carry themselves freely and can compete globally. Activities on tasks are “learner-centered” which merely shows that a certain student is the protagonist and the center of attention and care. Everybody/everything is continuously improving exemplifying the essence of education which is “A change for the better”.
