Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS)
The HUMMS strand is designed for those who wonder what is on the other side of the wall. In other words, you are ready to take on the world and talk to a lot of people. This is for those who are considering taking up journalism, communication arts, liberal arts, education, and other social science-related courses in college.
If you take this strand, you could be looking forward to becoming a teacher, a psychologist, a lawyer, a writer, a social worker, or a reporter someday. This strand focuses on improving your communication skills. Oh! And priesthood is a choice in here too!
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics(STEM)
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are intertwining disciplines when applied in the real world. The difference of the STEM curriculum with the other strands and tracks is the focus on advanced concepts and topics.
Under the track, you can become a pilot, an architect, an astrophysicist, a biologist, a chemist, an engineer, a dentist, a nutritionist, a nurse, a doctor, and a lot more. Those who are also interested in Marine Engineering should take this track.
If you are really not sure if you will be able to pursue any degree after Senior High or if you want to earn money immediately after graduation, then this track is for you. Even without college, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood track will equip you with job-ready skills in the future.
This track also invests primarily on skills that can gain you requisite COCs (Certificates of Competency) and NCs (National Certifications) which would be essential when looking for better career opportunities in agriculture, electronics, and trade. This is also important when applying abroad where the skills you gain would prepare you as you join the workforce.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICING (ATS) NC II
Automotive Servicing NC II is a technical-vocational program that trains students how to inspect, maintain and repair light and heavy-duty automotive vehicles. The Auto Servicing NC II program covers both mechanical and electrical components, including the battery, ignition, clutch, brakes, lighting, steering and suspension systems.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE (EIM)
The Electrical Installation and Maintenance(EIM) specialization aims to prepare students with skills and abilities when it comes to electrical industry. This specialization consists of laboratory activities to show the effectiveness of developing the Electrical Installation and Maintenance students' skills essential to the field of electrical. Every student begins with the basic fundamentals of electricity and wiring of simple circuits, then will proceed to the advance phases which are the residential interior wiring, the alternating current power, and wiring or more complex circuits and equipments.
BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION(BPP); FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICING(FBS);COOKERY
Bread and Pastry Production NC II (also known as Baking and Pastry Production NC II) is a technical-vocational program that develops the skills of students in preparing and producing bakery/pastry products, cakes and desserts. Students of the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program are trained in using modern baking techniques, equipment, tools and utensils and other baking appliances. Students are also taught about different presentation methods, sanitation and safety.
Food and Beverage Services NC II is a technical-vocational program that trains students on the preparation of food plans and meals for restaurants, hotels, canteens, banquets and functions, and basically any establishment that serves food to a large number of people. The program teaches students how to properly welcome guests and take food and beverage orders, promote food and beverage products and provide food and beverage service to guests.This program educates students about kitchen/service area procedures and protocols and the general routine and responsibilities in the food and beverage department. More importantly, students are properly oriented on how to receive and handle guest concerns. The Food and Beverage Services NCII program also develops students’ skills in bar operation and maintenance and cocktail preparation and mixing.
Cookery is a TVL program that is responsive to the ever-changing market of food, restaurant, and hotel industries. Students enrolled in this program aims to respond to the growth of food and hospitality industries which demand qualified people to accommodate the needs of customers.
BEAUTY AND NAIL CARE; HAIRDRESSING AND WELLNESS MASSAGE
