As I take this role as the new school head of Tiaong Elementary School, I take with me the pride and joy of serving with a happy heart.
Being a leader entails huge responsibility and accountability to maintain harmony and excellence. To keep a balance of obedience and independence among teachers, for pupils to learn and enjoy at the same time.
I firmly believe that strong
partnership between the school and the community is paramount to student success. Hence, I vow to work hand in hand and unite the school's stakeholders into championing activities that will lead to empowering our young learners. I am dedicated to collaborate and engage into partnership that will further improve our practices, thus, cultivate a positive and enriching activities to our learners.
I am committed to working with you, my Tiaong ES family, and ensure that learning will thrive amidst all circumstances and challenges. Together, we can offer quality learning to our pupils---our most valued clientele.
