WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF CADCADIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
"The chamber of clever future leaders"
A school that offers quality basic education that produces globally competitive learners who are God-fearing and productive citizens.
A blessed day to everyone!
A school that is child-friendly, smoke-free, alcohol free, bullying free; a school where internal and external stakeholders work hand in hand with total commitment and dedication; a school where learners play and study without fear of discrimination and intimidation; a school where teachers help one another in order to grow professionally and whose love and passion to teach the young is boundless and limitless; a school with a leader who serves as an exemplar of virtues of a good school manager and administrator – that is the total picture of Cadcadir Elementary School.
As a team, we march ahead to dispel ignorance and promote acquisition of knowledge among the masses. We do this with dignity and pride. In this changing face of society and in this time of New Normal, our school updates itself with the latest teaching pedagogies to deliver basic services to our learners. The school provides an atmosphere for study and creativity. At Cadcadir Elementary School, we pledge to make every effort to take the learners on a voyage of self-discovery and of learning. Teachers at Cadcadir Elementary School are not only a source of wisdom and knowledge but are also role models and mentors. The ultimate aim of the school is to develop among its learners all-round abilities, as individuals as well as team players by exposing them to diverse fields of many activities.
We believe that the secret in gaining the trust and confidence of our stakeholders is transparency. The creation of the school Website is one excellent mechanism to promote transparency because it embodies legal provisions for the disclosure of school data, which can be accessed by anybody, and as transparency implies openness, communication and accountability, the more our stakeholders are convinced and encouraged to support all the programs, projects and activities of the school.
Thanks to SDO Cagayan through the innovation of our Division ICT Coordinator, Sir Andrew B. Taaca for the “PROJECT WEBS”!
In closing, let me share a quote borrowed from Dr. Kevin Maxwell, which runs thru: “Our job is to teach the students we have, not the ones we would like to have, not the ones we used to have. Those we have right now, all of them”
Thank you very much. May God bless us all. Mabuhay SDO Cagayan, Soar high Cadcadir Elementary School. Mabuhay!!!

The highlight of the said orientation emphasized the “how, where, who and when the modular learning be implemented. It started through a short prayer by Mrs. Marlene I. Alupay
followed by the community singing and the opening remarks by Dr. Ariston T. Baysa, the school head. Mrs. Marife A. Alfonso presided the orientation through a powerpoint presentation.
It was emphasized that the flow of distribution and retrieval should be smoothly done, strictly no pupils or children are allowed to get and submit modules within the school. Social distancing, wearing of face mask and face shield, temperature checking, and washing with alcohol are the main activities suggested to be done upon the start of distribution.
Smooth flow of the said meeting was observed. All parents were noticed to be affirmative in all the agenda presented. Second batch of parents was not accommodated anymore for the afternoon session.#

Punong Barangay of Sicul Jonie L. Manibog awarded an L311 printer to Cadcadir Elementary School with Brgy. Treasurer Editha D. Gaudia on March 21.
Other generous stakeholders and alumni also flocked to donate printing materials for all grade levels. Some politicians who treasure education also gave their donations to the school.
The CES teachers also used their convincing powers to solicit from friends and relatives abroad to incur something in kind or in cash for printing and binding. Generous barangay officials of the 4 feeder barangays also found ways and means to give their share for the good of the school and the school community.
To give due reciprocation to the stakeholders, CES teaching staff continues to serve the children religiously and devotedly.#

CES teachers wore their widest smiles as they received the health kits purchased by Dr. Ariston T. Baysa, the school head using the school MOOE.
As a regular requirement of the Inter-Agency Task Force to wash our hands with alcohol, and to always wear our face masks, the school head thought of procuring health kits for the teachers’ consumption and for the parents to use when they come and get or submit their children’s outputs.
According to the teachers, they felt more engaged in doing their tasks as empowered educators when they received their share of the said health kits.
Nevertheless, the challenge of delivering quality education this pandemic is strengthened because of the feeling that the teachers are secured and safe because of the health kits to be used. Furthermore, the health of each teacher is a great factor in dealing with the new normal situation.
God created each one of us, God created everything including this pandemic; therefore, God will surely resolve the problems we are encountering.#

Cadcadir Elementary School continued implementing Brigada Eskwela Program despite the challenges brought by COVID19.
To sustain the orderliness and cleanliness of the school surroundings, cooperative parents signified their intention to continue Brigada Eskwela as scheduled in the old normal. They wanted to maintain the freshness of the surrounding, free from eye-sore materials.
The parents themselves set their own schedule by Grade level, it was done in a voluntary basis to avoid misunderstanding and issues. Good thing in it was that, the GPTA and other stakeholders had extended their full support in the implementation of all programs by abiding to the IATF health protocols.
Through the guidance and leadership of all the grade level advisers and the school head, Cadcadir Elementary School is still following and implementing the existing programs in the BE-LCP which needs to be done within the school year.#

A WRITER IS BORN
Anita D. Dumali
A teacher. To you what is a teacher? A second parent, a friend, a role model of education or someone who has the knowledge, patience, and dedication to teach us young learners. Here is one teacher that has accomplished a lot from her personal to social goals.
In Cadcadir ES, a teacher-writer is born. With the many experiences she had undergone, she had indulged herself in dreaming; dreaming that made her a borne writer in her time. For two years, she had compiled many articles in numerous famous publications. To name a few; The Modern Teacher, Bannawag, and Artproof Magazine.
Mrs. Leizel Quitola is a thirty-five year old teacher who is turning thirty-six on the twenty eighth of March. She is a teacher in Cadcadir Elementary School that started off as the Kindergarten teacher to Grade one teacher to Grade five teacher and Grade six Math teacher.
She is a woman who has an unexplainable burning passion in her heart to teach. And has a lively voice that holds facts and wise words. She also has this confident yet caring glint in her eyes. She is one of the many people who gave me inspiration, hope and knowledge. She is a role model of many young learners.
She has taught and enlightened countless young minds. She gave us a reason to hold on to our dreams, goals and beliefs, to never give up on those dreams and just continue reaching for them until we succeed. To push past the doubts that come our way and to break the walls of insecurity, doubt and self-consciousness is one of her many guiding principles that we ponder on.
She has given light to the ones who were left in the darkness. She tries to find our hidden talents and strengthen them. She is brave. She faces every challenge, twist, turn, and obstacles that come her way. She wants us to excel in life. And with that we are very grateful. It amazed many on how committed she is to make our lives successful and to fulfil our goals.
She is the single ray of sunshine in the dark, the only rose in a field of daisies, the one star that shines brighter than any.
And so I quote “Commitment is Success and indeed a Key to Fulfillment”.#
