Curriculum

Sanchez Mira West Central Elementary School is a central school located in Centro II, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan. It started as an extension of Sanchez Mira Central Elementary School in its initial years but due to increasing enrollment every school year, it lost its extension status and began as a separate central school.

Sanchez Mira West Central Elementary School is led by a Principal II and staffed with one Master Teacher I and seven Teacher III. At present, Sanchez Mira West Central Elementary School has an enrollment of 205. It has continually grown for the last three years due to continuous population increase in Barangay Centro II , despite its location between two well-known private elementary schools.

It offers the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum for elementary (Kinder to Grade Six). The curriculum prominently attributes to:

· Strengthen the Early Childhood Education

· Make the curriculum relevant to children

· Create a competent learners

· Develop a holistic Filipino children with their own skills.
