The School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment(SMEA) in schools shall be conducted every quarterly. The school head shall present the Key Result Areas(KRAs) on ACCESS, QUALITY and GOVERNANCE with the corresponding Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) in graphical, tabular and textual Powerpoint Presentation . The school head will present in the DDS (Dinig ,Dulog at Solusyon) with the presence of the top management, Education Program Supervisors, Public District Supervisors and School Heads of the different schools in the Division including the issues, /concerns/ gaps/ problems of the school and provide possible solutions and recommendations and it will be monitored , tracked on the quarterly presentation of the SMEA.
