The COVID-19 has resulted in schools shut all across the world. Globally, over 1.2 billion children are out of the classroom. But Dagupan Elementary School, Lal-lo Central District continues to uphold and support the Department of Education mission and vision. Always adheres the Sulong Edukalidad as its battlecry in strengthening the quality of education amid the pandemic.
Making of this school website is very valuable to serve all learners, parents, stakeholders and the community as well. This aims to help each other to achieve better quality of education for all.
Thus, the teaching staff of Dagupan Elementary School of Lal-lo Central District vows to cling in full force the vision, mission and the core values of the DepEd to produce a good quality education and excellent service to yield a 21st century, holistic and a globally competitive learners.

The Department of Education issues the School Calendar and Activities for SY 2021-2022, in accordance with its commitment to learning continuity amidst the health crisis.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, upon the recommendation of the DepEd Secretary, has approved September 13, 2021 as the opening date of the school year. The school year shall consist of 209 school days and shall end on June 24, 2022.
The conduct of face-to-face classes, whether partial or full scale, will not be allowed unless permitted by the Office of the President.
