The Calaoagan Dackel Elementary School envisions every learner to be functionally literal equipped with life skills, appreciative of arts and sports, and imbued with the desirable values of a person who is MAKADIYOS, MAKATAO, MAKAKALIKASAN and MAKABAYAN.
