School Improvement Plan
School Improvement Plan
An element of SBM is the School Improvement Plan (SIP). The SIP is a way to achieve the goals of the school. It sets out changes on which the school needs to increase the level of the learners’ achievement and shows how and when these changes will be made. The conceptualization and crafting of the SIP is done through shared responsibilities by the school’s stakeholders. These stakeholders involve the pupils, teachers, parents, school head and the community.
