Now a days, effective educational leaders use data extensively to guide them in decision making, setting and prioritizing goals and monitoring progress. They use data to define needs, set goals, plan interventions and evaluate progress. They use technology to support the use of data. In connection with this, the School's Division Office of Cagayan through the ICT unit initiated Project WEBS (Website for Educational Institutions in Basic Education System). This is to make a systematic school files to let all the teachers, learners, parents and other stakeholders be well- informed about the school. A way to connect, communicate and provide limitless information to all. This is also in consonance with School-based Management (SBM)
