The once-condemned building now stands proudly, ready to welcome Libasians and provide them with the education they deserve.

Through collaborative efforts between the SPTA, Alumni Officers led by Mrs. Alma Agbuya, Mr. Michael Baniqued Dela Cruz, and the Libas ES Faculty under Mr. Wilson Dela Cruz, the vision of transforming a condemned building into a classroom and learning resource center is becoming a reality. Fundraising activities for this dream project were initiated and meticulously planned. Ultimately, the group decided to organize Mr. & Miss Libas ES and the First Alumni Homecoming as fundraising events.

Embarking on a Journey: Turning Dreams into Reality.

With the necessary permit in hand, the demolition team from the Local Government Unit commenced their work. This marked the collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders in bringing the vision of the dream classroom and learning resource center, to be named "Abong ya Alumni," to life.

The community watched eagerly as the old buildings were dismantled to clear the path for the new. Every movement of the demolition equipment represented not only a transformation of the landscape but also a testament to collective progress and solidarity.

Construction is underway, turning dreams into reality.

The building of a classroom and learning resource center has commenced. The foundation is meticulously being set, ensuring the edifice's longevity. Workers clad in hard hats and safety vests diligently contribute to the collective goal, while the air resonates with the harmonious sounds of hammers, drills, and machinery—a testament to progress and resolve.

Soon, the walls will ascend, outlining the future haven of learning. Generous windows will usher in sunlight, fostering a warm and stimulating environment for both students and educators. The learning resource center will boast state-of-the-art technology, serving as a nexus of scholastic achievement.

As the structure materializes, it symbolizes the community's dedication to education and advancement. More than a mere building, it embodies a beacon of hope and prospects for future generations.

LAC- Use of Different Apps and Features of Microsoft 365

The In-Service Training aimed to strengthen Kindergarten to Grade 6 teachers’ capacity to teach and assess early reading skills of the pupils. The training also aimed to capacitate and/or enhance the teachers with skills needed in this New Normal especially in using technology.

All the teachers of Libas Elementary School (26 teachers) were catered to equip all of them with techniques on how to develop reading readiness of the learners as well as to create quality learning materials.
