Headset Overview
The Quest 3 has a 4 camera array and a depth sensor on the front
In order to fully function, you must leave them unblocked or possibly clean them with microfiber cloth if they appear to be dirty
The sensors need light to track properly, but this excludes direct sunlight, as it could permanently damage/burn the sensors
Ensure you keep the controllers to your front or sides as using them behind your back will result in a loss of tracking

Squeeze to select, grasp, & shoot (varies per game)
Letter Buttons (A,B,X,Y)
Interact with objects in game (varies per game)
Indented Menu Buttons
Right button brings up headset menu while the left brings up in-game menu

Squeeze to pick up objects and/or use tools (varies per game

Physically double tapping the headset enables passthrough mode to view your surroundings
To enable hand-tracking, quickly double tap the controllers
Selecting items with hand-tracking is done by pinching your index and thumb together
The IPD (Inter-Pupillary Distance) lens adjustment wheel can help fine tune clarity of the headset for your eyes. The wheel is located on the underside of the headset
Begin playing high-comfort level games at first to allow for adjustment and prevent VR sickness
