Saturdays will have two sessions - a morning session (running from 10:00-12:30) and an afternoon session (running from 14:00-16:30). Sundays will have one session in the morning (running from 10:00-12:30)
Please make sure you join at least 15 mins before the start time so we can register you and make sure all the tech is working.
Each assembly day will have a mixture of talks and presentations, discussions and activities. Sometimes we will be together as a whole group, other times we will be working in smaller 'breakout' groups.
A plan for each day of the Assembly will be made available before the start of each day, and can be found on the relevant page:
Day one - is where we start, with welcomes and an introduction to the topic. We explore the question with a focus on walking and cycling
Day two - is where we look at problems and opportunities within how everyday services are accessed
Day three - will be a tour in person, to experience what a 15 minute neighbourhood means
Day four - will focus on all topic areas - walking and cycling, accessing every day services, shopping and work - hearing from experts and people who will share their lived experience
Day five - will look at future thinking, innovation and turning ideas into proposals
Day six - will concentrate on testing and refining proposals
Day seven - will be all about preparing and making recommendations to the Council
