Parents and Students, who have or will have earned by graduation the Girl Scout's Gold Award or the Boy Scouts Eagle Scout? Please complete [Form LINK] as soon as possible. The senior sponsors are starting to lay out the Awards Night and Graduation Programs. As two of the only authorized cords not associated with a specific faculty member at Chamblee HS, we need parent input as soon as possible. 

Either the student or the parent should complete this form. We will need to get your achievement listed in our Awards Programs. The troop issuing the award is responsible for supplying the cords: Red, White, and Blue for the Eagle Scout. Kelly Green for the Girl Scout's Gold Award.
