Appointments
A prior appointment is recommended for a comfortable facial treatment experience. To schedule an appointment, please call us directly or schedule a booking via the link. Kindly notify us if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after the appointment was made.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We appreciate a courtesy phone call if you are delayed. If you are late for your appointment, our staff will do their best to try to fit you in. However, there could be a waiting time if the therapists are attending to other customers and we seek your understanding that in certain cases, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We shall do our best to let upcoming customers know if we are running late on any given day and we do appreciate your understanding if this happens.

Pricing
The pricing for our services displayed online are subjected to changes at the discretion of De-Den Beauty House. Only our therapists will be able to give you the exact cost of a facial treatment after a careful analysis and consultation with you. Over the telephone, through electronic communication and on the website, we can only provide a general price range.

Privacy
Customers' data will be handled with the utmost respect for customers’ privacy. Our therapists are bound by strict confidentiality requirements. Customers’ photos will be only used for evaluation of treatment effectiveness. No photographs revealing your identity will be used without your written consent.
