Generally, there’s no special preparation needed. However, we recommend avoiding heavy makeup or sun exposure prior to your facial. If you have any skin concerns, it’s helpful to share them during your consultation so we can choose the most suitable treatment for you.

What should I do if I have breakouts after a facial?
It’s normal to experience minor breakouts after a facial, especially when targeting blocked pores or congestion. Additionally, the active ingredients we use may bring underlying issues to the surface as part of the skin’s natural detox and healing process. If breakouts persist or you have concerns, our therapists will be happy to offer advice on how to care for your skin post-facial and adjust future treatments.
