What is HSAP?

HSAP stands for "Home School Assistance Program" - a program through the Decorah Community Schools which helps to provide resources, enrichment opportunities, and encouragement to homeschool families. Joining an HSAP falls under CPI Option 1, one of the five legal ways to homeschool in Iowa.
