2017-18 Sign Ups - Welcome Back!

Welcome back, HSAP families! The new school year is upon us, and the newest Form A is ready. Included with the Form A for each of your children should be an instructional plan. I've included a form below for that as well if you'd like a template.

We are looking forward to a fantastic school year together! Below are just a few things to look forward to . . .
