Shop Schedule
Regular team meetings take place Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 4 pm - 6 pm. Additional meeting times may be required to finish preparation for competitions in the spring. Adult supervision from mentors and parents is required for all meetings.
Students must check Slack for details and updates. Parents, please refer to emails and check the calendar below.

Specific information about each trip is communicated with families through email and dates are listed in the calendar. If you'd like to be added to the mailing list then please email admin@decaturrobotics.org.
Overnight trips involve a lot of planning. Please pay close attention to deadlines and requests for help. We can't travel without parent help. DHS does not organize or fund these trips. Parents are in charge of carpooling, hotels, meals, and chaperoning.

Decatur Housing Authority National Night Out

The National Night Out is an annual community building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. The team will have a tent next to the Decatur PD and we'll be helping each other out.

This is an offseason event where we replay last year's game one final time. This is a great opportunity for new team members to experience a robotics competition before our season starts. We strongly encourage all new team members to attend this event.

FIRST Robotics Competition Kickoff
Attendance this day is mandatory for team members. The team will travel to GA Tech for learning sessions and the game reveal. We will return to DHS for brainstorming. This is a very important day.

Peachtree District Championship - Student sign up deadline: TBD
Please note: we will not know if the team advances until after Carrollton but we have to book rooms just in case and need a student count. Students don't pay until after we've qualified but if you miss this deadline then we cannot guarantee room availability. This deadline is very important.
