This year's project will build on last year's Lil' Inventors Project.Â
Students will work through the entire Engineering Design Process: Defining the Problem, Imaging the Solution, Planning, Creating a Prototype, Testing their Prototype and Improving their Design.Â
Using MakeDo as a tool to support the creation of their Prototype students will build their design using cardboard.Â
This year's theme is MISSION: PROTECT OUR OCEANS
This year's project will be a group activity!
For this project students will work in teams of Engineers to create their solution via the Engineering Design Process: Defining the Problem, Imaging the Solution, Planning, Creating a Prototype, Testing their Prototype and Improving their Design.Â
This project will feature a lot of Social-Emotional Learning and will serve as a great community builder in the classroom.Â
This year's theme is CARDBOARD FURNITURE
