By reframing our language, challenging our biases and shifting our thinking, we honour the diversity of Neurodivergent humans everywhere. By countering deficit-based criteria, taking action against ableism, and making a commitment towards Neuro-affirmative, Human Rights based practice in Education and beyond, we use our power and privilege as educators to empower our students, our communities and each other towards acceptance over awareness, and from intentions to actions which have the potential to change the trajectory for Neurodivergent humans of all ages.
