Today's Learning Goals
By the end of today's lesson I will...
Be able to define what a biome is
Be able to name and describe the various biomes in Canada (tundra, temperate deciduous forest, etc.)
Be able to describe the various biotic and abiotic factors associated with each terrestrial biome in Canada
This looks like a little baby tree, doesn't it? It is actually called "Prickly Tree-clubmoss" or Dendrolycopodium dendroideum
Check out these cool pix I took on my camping trip! These pictures were taken in Algonquin Provincial Park (temperate deciduous forest).
