8th Grade has been working on teamwork skills and communication! They are gaining important employability skills through their CTE classes.
In 8th grade, we learned about the DCHS CTE Pathway in Business. Kelly Grigsby from TN Title Group was a guest speaker and shared her insights about real-world scenarios in the real estate and title industry. Additionally, we got the opportunity to create business plans and pitches by developing a product aimed at solving a current problem. It was a valuable experience that helped us apply what we learned in a practical way.
