Applicant must be a legal resident of Dundy County at the time of graduation from high school or a graduate of Dundy County Stratton High School, and must have resided in the county and/or attended Dundy County Stratton High School for at least two out the applicant’s four years of high school. The Foundation’s Board of Directors reserves the right on a case by case basis, to permit exceptions to these general requirements, and may, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, grant or deny any application.
