Using Phonics Letter Tiles

Use your child's Letter Tiles to work on many skills at home. Skills to work on using letter tiles: letter identification (find the letter _____), letter sound identification and/or letter sound production (find the letter that says _____ OR find the letter _____ and make it's sound), putting letters in alphabetical order, forming their name (one capital letter in their first name and one capital letter in their last name), forming sight words, spelling sight words, finding vowels, forming CVC words and then sounding out the words to read, etc. See the link above (the picture, the title, or the bolded second sentence) for examples and ideas on how to use the letter tiles at home.
