A food label includes a Nutritional Facts panel that lists a product’s nutritional value. This information can help you make smart food choices. The Nutritional Facts panel tells you how large one serving is, and the number of calories and amounts of nutrients in a serving. Try to choose foods with high levels (20% or above) of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
