My PE philosophy: I work hard to create a diverse and fulfilling PE environment. PE is not just a place for students to increase their physical activity, it is also an area for students to foster positive relationships with their peers as well as themselves. The most important lesson I can teach to students is there is no "right way" to be active. Finding joy in moment can be explored in various ways which why differentiation within my lessons is always a priority.
