Anti-Bullying Initiative for Sagewood Middle School  ...  We Need You!

Volunteers interested in participating in Team Ascent, please download the appropriate volunteer form located above.  Parent volunteer forms are if you currently have a child enrolled at Sagewood Middle School, and community member volunteer forms are for anyone else above the age of 18 years old who is interested in participating.  Once completed, please email your volunteer form to tromolo@dcsdk12.org.  You will contacted once your volunteer form is processed, typically about a week, and then you can sign up for training and to volunteer.  If the current training dates listed on the link above do not work with your schedule just let us know as alternative times can be arranged.
