This will be Ms. Allison's twelth year at REMS! Allison went to the University of Boulder and obtained her degree in Psychology. She then obtained her Masters of Social Work at the University of Denver. Allison has been a School Social worker in Douglas County School District since 2005. Originally from Colorado Springs, Allison has lived in Castle Rock since 2007 with her two children. 

Ms. Allison's areas of support at REMS includes:

• Providing IEP Mental Health Support

• Providing Discovery Mental Health Support

• Consulting on ALP Affective Needs

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Teaching 1x a week Tier 1 Social Emotional lessons

This will be Ms. Halle's third year at REMS! Previously she taught second and third grade as a classroom teacher for three years. She received her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Indiana University and her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction: Trauma-Informed Education from Concordia University Chicago.

Ms. Halle's areas of support at REMS includes:

• Teaching 1x a week Tier 1 Social Emotional lessons

• Teaching time limited Tier 2 Social Emotional small groups

• Teaching Tier 2 Math small groups

• Providing students with behavior supports in the classroom

• Coaching teachers on behavior supports for students

• Providing 1-1 regulation support for students

• Leading the IMTSS team to plan academic and social emotional supports for students

This will be Ms. Tina's third year at REMS! She received her Bachelor's in Secondary Education and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously she owned a counseling practice in Castle Rock.

Ms. Tina's areas of support at REMS includes:

• Teaching 1x a week Tier 1 Social Emotional lessons

• Teaching time limited Social Emotional small groups

• Providing time limited problem solving strategies/tools to students

• Coaching teachers on behavior supports for students

• Providing 1-1 regulation support for students

• Supporting safety planning

• Collaborting on the IMTSS team
