About Mrs. Murrey
I am so excited to be your teacher this year! I attended Eagle Ridge Elementary, Cresthill Middle School, and Highlands Ranch High School (TRHS opened my freshman year). I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Elementary Education. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades and was an elementary (K-6th) assistant principal for a K-12th private school in Texas for two years and then realized I missed the classroom.
I love the outdoors and on weekends my husband, Josh and I can often be found hiking, kayaking, skiing and camping. This year we will celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We have two girls, Alessandra, 23, an 8th grade English Teacher in Texas and Isabella, 21, a junior at East Texas A&M.
I can’t wait to make this the best school year yet!
