Saxophone
This versatile and diverse instrument is one of the most popular instrument that students choose to play. Willingness to rent or purchase a director-recommended instrument is a must as there are many saxophones on the market whose poor design, materials, and craftsmanship make it challenging to play. One necessity of a saxophonist is the ability to make a flat chin, a skill that can be taught to every student. Orthodontia has minimal impact on clarinet. There are also several saxophones to choose from when deciding to play this instrument: the alto saxophone, the tenor saxophone, and the baritone saxophone. Most students will begin their beginner career by beginning on alto saxophone. This is the easiest instrument to gain understanding of the fundamentals of playing. Tenor saxophone is the next logical instrument, and the baritone saxophone, a more advanced instrument requiring more advanced skills, is reserved for students who've completed at least 1 year on the alto or tenor saxophone.
