Registration and Enrollment

Our parent portal system is called SchoolCare Works (SCW). After you are offered a spot in our program, you will create your child's account. This is when you will pay the $100 annual registration fee for the school year. When creating your parent portal account, we encourage families to add any and all emergency contacts/authorized pick ups who can immediately pick up your child if you are unavailable. This way, they will already be in our system and have a designated PIN number, so we can release your child if needed.

In order to ensure adequate staffing and keep our tuition rates affordable, we do not issue refunds or credits (applying dollars paid for absent days toward future charges), except for significant hardships such as extended illnesses, loss of employment, or family emergencies.  Parents may add days after the scheduling cutoff if there is space available, and at a higher rate as outlined in the itemized fee schedule.  Late schedules (submitted after Wednesday midnight cutoff) shall incur an additional $6.25 fee per day.  Unscheduled services (parent must call staff in advance to ensure space is available) shall incur an additional $10.00 per child.  As part of the enrollment process, each child’s account is provided up to 4 tuition vouchers per school year.  These vouchers can be found and printed online in your parent portal account on SCW.  Unused vouchers have no cash redeemable value. A signed hard copy of the voucher must be submitted to the Program Supervisor within 30 calendar days of the date requested to be eligible.  All vouchers expire the last day of school.
