About Me
Hello all!
My name is Kendra Barrett and I am somewhat new to the Colorado area. I am originally from South Dakota where I resided for 22 years. I went to college at Black Hills State University where I majored in music education in 2017. I got a job out of college in Box Elder, SD where I worked for 5 years. I taught music history, piano class, choir, music appreciation and helped out with the theatre program.
I am a daughter of an amazing mom and stepdad, a sister to awesome sisters , auntie to amazing kiddos, granddaughter to the best grandparents ever, and a wife to the best person I know!
My hobbies include, biking, hiking, playing/ singing music, gardening, and four wheeling- that is just the start of the list...
Music education is a passion of mine and I am very excited to share that with the students and staff of Cimarron Middle School!

Here I am on one of our four wheelers! It is one of my favortist things to do when I am back home in South Dakota!
Highlights of 2023!!!
We went on a trip to the East Coast! Our trip included Salem, Provincetown and Boston!
Highlights- We Learned all about the history of the Witch Trials. We also took tours in Boston where we learned about the history of America!
