Staff Login

How do I get a staff login? Your staff login is automatically created when your hiring process is complete. You should receive access to the applications your job position needs. You will also be automatically placed on the appropriate staff mailing lists. Your supervisor can request access to additional applications needed to perform your duties.

Which applications will my login work for? Workday, Gmail and Google Apps, Infinite Campus, Employee Portal, Canvas, Self Service, Web Help Desk, and many others.

What if I forget my password? If you forgot your password, go to the website password.dcsdk12.org to reset it. Select the "Forgot Password" option if you have secret questions set up for your account, or select the "PIN Password Reset" option if you do not have secret questions set up for your account.

What are secret questions, and how can I set them up? Secret questions are questions about yourself that only you should know the answer to. They are used to verify that you are who your username says that you are. Secret questions should be set up when you are given access to the system. You must select four questions and provide answers to them ahead of time. Then, when you need to reset your password, the system will ask you your pre-selected questions. If you answer them correctly, you will be allowed to change your password and other information in your profile. To set up secret questions, log in to the DCSD Self Service Portal with your credentials and click the "Set Up Secret Questions" tab at the top of the page.

Student Login

Do all students get accounts? Yes. Students have accounts automatically created for the network, Gmail and Google Apps, Infinite Campus Student Portal, Destiny, Overdrive (online library), and other learning applications.

What Google services do students get access to? Students all have a Google Apps account created. Their school determines the Google App Services students should be able to access and use within their learning environment.

Student login Issues?

Issues with student logins should be directed to the CRT at the school. If the CRT is not able to resolve the issue, they can contact the IT Support Center for further assistance.
