Access

STAFF: Logins for staff are automatically created once the hiring process is complete and the start date of employment is reached. Access is determined by the position the staff member will be holding. The employee will also be automatically placed in the appropriate staff mailing lists.

STUDENTS: Logins for students are automatically created once a student has reached the first day of their enrollment or the first day of the new school year (July 1). Students will be granted access to the Infinite Campus portal, Google Apps and Moodle.

PARENT/GUARDIANS: Once their student has reached the first day of their enrollment or the first day of the new school year (July 1), parent/guardians will set up their access to the Infinite Campus portal, EngagED, Express Check-In, access to Transportation bus routes and RevTrack. The Registrar selects the Portal check box on their Relationship tab, and an account enrollment email is automatically generated.
