To register for Mountain Peak you will need to make a whole new School Care Works account. You can find the link here.

Please note that everyone will need to create a brand-new account. While we know this is an extra step, it is a great opportunity to ensure all information is updated and accurate.

As required by the state, please make sure the following information is included when registering:

1. Doctor, dentist, and hospital information

   1. Name, phone number, and address are required

   2. Please do not use “N/A” or all zeros for phone numbers

2. Two local emergency contacts

   1. Must be different from the listed guardians

3. Parent/Guardian employer information

   1. Employer name, address, and phone number required

   2. If you work from home, your home address may be used

4. Medical information

   1. Please list all allergies and medications for your child

Since we are starting fresh with a new system, this is the perfect time to double-check that all information is complete and accurate. It is much easier to enter everything correctly during registration than to go back and make corrections later.

*If your child has any medications- they must have their medication forms filled out along with the medication before they can attend.

For example- If you select they have an inhaler, then one must be provided
