READ: 20 minutes each night (read with and to your child)
CONVERSATIONS- A great way for kids to learn problem solving skills. We will send ideas for questions in our weekly emails.
PLAY: Take time everyday to allow kids to play with family or with their friends OUTSIDE! Limiting screen time especially before bed is helpful!
SLEEP: According to the National Sleep Foundation, a 5-6 year old needs 10-11 hours of sleep each night.
OTHER: Emails will be sent communicating other homework when applicable.
