EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

This is my 12th year at Fox Creek Elementary, and I could not be more excited. I have been teaching for 25 years.  I have spent my teaching career in the primary grades (K-2).  I love this age of curiosity and great growth! In addition to being a classroom teacher, I am also the Instructional Coach for our amazing staff.  I spend time in classrooms observing, coaching and reflecting to help our teachers grow to be the best they can be!

PERSONAL INFORMATION

I have been married for 25 years.  I have a son, Kyle, who is a junior at Mississippi State University.  I have a daughter, Paige, who is a freshman at Mississippi State University. I have 2 dogs, Henry and Bandon, who you will hear lots of fun stories about.

We enjoy adventures and being outside! When I am not at school, I love to work out, paddle board, read, golf, ski, fly fish, laugh and cheer on college football teams.  Our favorites are USAFA Falcons and MSU Bulldogs.
