MEET MS. JEN

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

This is my fifth year at Fox Creek Elementary, and I could not be more excited. I have been in the classroom for over ten years, with the majority of that time in kindergarten. I know how important that first year is and the foundation it sets for academic, social, and emotional growth.

My goal is that every child will feel confident to be themselves, feel included, and willing to take risks or try new things. I truly believe we can do hard things.

I began my teaching career in Taiwan. I taught English as a second language to all ages starting at kindergarten and up to an adult business class. I then moved back home and officially became certified. I was a RTI (response to intervention) teacher for the first two years. I have taught in CA, FL and now CO.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

On the weekends you can find me spending time with my family. I have a five year old daughter, Eloise, and my son, Conrad, is three years old. We love to be outdoors and making memories together. My husband and I moved here in 2021 and we are always looking for recommendations.

My hobbies include hiking, yoga, enjoying good coffee and happy hours. I look forward to getting to know you and your child.
