Students in Kindergarten through sixth grade may participate. They are welcome to work individually or with ONE friend, making a group of TWO.
Groups may be at different grade levels.
Students may submit an experimental design project, cardboard arcade game engineering design project, or a research project.
Below you will find individual pages for each of the three types of projects. The pages contain the following: guides to help you, resources for possible project ideas, and the rubrics that will be used the day of the actual fair.

We once again have some exciting news for this year's participants! Everyone who participates in the 2025-26 Science & Innovation Fair will be entered into a drawing for a FULL scholarship to Camp Invention (over a $300 value), happening here at CSE this summer, June 8th-12th.
If you have already registered for the camp and receive the scholarship, you will be able to have your registration refunded.
We want to help ensure that the winner of the scholarship will be able to attend the camp, so please indicate your interest on the Registration Form.
