Registration

Online registration and payment must be completed before an athlete can practice or compete in a sport. The registration process can be done by clicking the RevTrack Payment link below. The registration fee is $85.00 per sport with the exception of 8th grade Football which costs $115.00. The only paperwork required from the participating athlete is a current (within a calendar year) physical signed by their doctor. This paperwork can be turned into the Athletic Secretary, Mrs. Andrews in the main office.

Registration can be done via the My School Bucks. Only sports that are open for registration will be viewable. We will be taking registrations for each sport 2 weeks prior to the individual sport season start, and the first week of the sport season. After that, registration is closed.

Physical Form

It is required that you complete the physical form below and turn it into the front office with a doctors signature before participating in any of our athletic programs.
