Cross Country is an amazing opportunity for students to push themselves individually and join a team sport. Each runner strives to "be better every day", which is demonstrated at the meets. The individuals success is then added to the team for an overall score. Students learn to push themselves further than they thought they could go. It is a great way to get outside and enjoy the natural surroundings of different schools. ~ Coach Shew
