Cross Country is a coed sport based on teamwork, personal goals and fitness. At the Middle School level, we race a 2.0 mile course. If you are an athlete that competes in another sport, we will be flexible with your schedule. If you are interested, please contact us! We are excited for a great season of hard work, competition, learning, and friendship.

There be no practices/competitions on non-school days.
We may have some shorter practice days if we have multiple meets in a week. We will share this information through both Remind and on our calendar.
