🎵 Welcome to Mr. Sale's Music Room! 🎶

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Mr. Sale, and I have the joy of teaching music to our amazing students at Bear Canyon elementary. In our classroom, music is more than just singing songs—it’s about creativity, expression, and celebrating the people around us!

🌟 What We Do in Music Class

Each week, students explore a wide variety of musical concepts through:

Singing and vocal development
Playing classroom instruments (like xylophones, drums, and recorders)
Music games and movement activities
Listening to and learning about music from around the world
Creating and performing original music

My goal is to help students build confidence, work together, and discover the lifelong joy that music can bring.

🎤 Performances and Projects

Throughout the year, students will have opportunities to showcase their learning through school concerts, creative class projects, and digital recordings. Keep an eye on the clever page and the school calendar for performance dates and project highlights!

💻 Music Technology

We also explore music through technology! Older students (4th-6th) use digital tools to compose songs, create rhythms, and even record their own music.

About Me

Hi! I’m Mr. Sale, and this is my third year teaching music at Bear Canyon Elementary. Before joining the Bear Canyon community, I spent seven years working with high school and independent percussion groups in the Denver metro area, helping students grow as musicians and performers.

Outside the classroom, I’ve had the unique opportunity to play drums for the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche over the past four seasons—cheering on the teams from behind the drums!

I’m passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and inspiring space where students can explore the joy of music, build confidence, and express themselves creatively. I’m so excited to continue making music and memories with our amazing Bear Canyon students!
