Registration

It is our hope that registering your child for our BASE program is easy!  Utilize the documents below to help with registration. Once your registration is submitted, it comes to the Program Manager for approval (this can take up to 48 hours, so please try to plan ahead!). In coming Kindergarten students who are at least 5 years of age will be able to start in July. Once your registration is approved, then you will be able to log in to your account and sign up for the days you want!
