(Pick-up Procedures) anytime from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Parents can park in the bus loop (south side) and walk their students to the BYG door (cafeteria door). Ring the doorbell, and a BASE staff member will welcome you. Parents/guardians check out with their PIN number. Once the process is complete, the parent is free to leave.
Snacks will be provided first thing when all students have arrived in the cafeteria.
Please be prepared to show your ID (new parents/guardians).
Each guardian and authorized pick-up (emergency contact) has their Personal Identification Number (PIN). Other authorized pick-ups or guardians should not use your PIN. You can find individual PINs listed under the personal tab in your SCW account.
